Refund Policy We will replace faulty goods within the warranty period once the item has been returned & inspected. We will pay postage for the replacement item/s; however the customer is responsible for the return postage of the faulty item/s. If the fault is deemed to not be the manufacturers the item/s will be returned at customer’s expense. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage incurred through post or courier. All care will be taken to package item/s appropriately & any complaints must be directed to the carrier responsible. We are however happy to assist where possible with any matters.. Please Note: No refunds will be given for any goods that have been incorrectly ordered. Item/s may be replaced with correct item/s, where possible but only at customer’s expense. Item/s returned in a damaged state will not be replaced. Item Delivery Expect items purchased at this store to be delivered within 2-5 working days from time of order. However, if delivery is delayed you will be contacted within those 2-5 working days. |
